Technical Field Tour - A$12,500

This is a unique, once in lifetime opportunity for your company.

Two tour buses will transport delegates from the International Convention Centre Sydney to the exclusive Ingham Institute Research Building and MRI LINAC Research Bunker at Liverpool Hospital.

Each Technical Field Tour Sponsor will be allocated a bus for delegates to be transported on, and will have the opportunity to provide delegates on their bus with additional marketing (subject to the approval of the Local Organising Committee and tour bus company).

Sponsors will have the opportunity to interact directly with delegates on the tour bus, with unique branding and marketing opportunities available for consideration.

On arrival, delegates will be ushered into the Ingham Institute’s unique event space for refreshments and canapés. Walking tour groups (of 10 delegates at a time) will be gathered throughout the afternoon and taken on tours of the MRI LINAC Research Bunker.

The Technical Field Tour sponsorship package includes:

  • The Technical Field Tour Sponsors may elect one (1) company representative each to meet and greet delegates on arrival at the Ingham Institute Research Building.
  • Five (5) passes for nominated guests to attend the Ingham Institute Research Building only for the duration of the refreshment and canapé event.
  • Opportunity for the Sponsor’s company representative to introduce themselves as the sponsor to each walking tour group prior to the tours of the MRI LINAC Research Bunker commencing.
  • On completion of each walking tour, the Technical Field Tour Sponsors may provide each delegate with a personalised gift (subject to the approval of the Local Organising Committee).
  • The Technical Field Tour Sponsors may provide two (2) freestanding banners each. The first to be positioned inside the Ingham Institute event space and the second to be positioned inside the entrance room to the MRI LINAC Research Bunker for the duration of the walking tour (maximum size 2m high x 1m wide).

For the sponsor, the Symposium App offers unique technology to position your brand on each delegate’s smart device and deliver your message direct to the palm of their hand.

ePresenter® is an integral part of the Symposium and will provide a premium branding and marketing opportunity to demonstrate your support and commitment of continued research and development within the industry.

ePresenter® is an electronic poster management system, allowing posters to be submitted, reviewed and viewed electronically. The system is fully searchable and is seen by the Local Organising Committees, authors and delegates.

The ePresenter® area will be located within the exhibition/display/trade area and will provide the sponsor with superior levels of exposure during the Symposium.

The ePresenter® system will be accessible via the internet, post Symposium providing the sponsor with superior levels of exposure both during and well beyond the Symposium. The benefits provided by ePresenter® include networking opportunities, online submission and reviews and on-site poster ratings.
